Start from a given Wikipedia article and reach the target article by clicking only on internal links found in the text. Every click counts and a timer runs. The goal is to get there as fast as possible, with as few clicks as possible.
No, WikiRacing can be played entirely without an account. Creating an account (email/password or Google) additionally lets you save your progress, ELO rating, campaign level, and badges.
Check that the title shown at the top of the screen ("TARGET") exactly matches the article you're currently on. Some very similarly named articles (a disambiguation page, a historical variant) are actually different Wikipedia pages. Use the 🚩 button during a game to report a specific issue, along with the context of that game.
The daily challenge changes every day at 00:00 UTC. If the card stays empty after that, close and reopen the app or reload the page.
Ranked Duel mode pairs two players 1v1 via matchmaking. The winner gains ELO points and the loser loses some (K=32), but only when the match is played to completion by both players.

WikiRacing relies on the live Wikipedia API. If an article fails to load, try again in a few seconds or pick a different start article. If the problem persists across multiple articles, email me with the device and browser you're using (or the app version on iOS/Android).
